So, I couldn’t wait till the 1st of the year and didn’t think it would be fair to everyone that has been waiting either. PORTUGUESE ROOSTER is dedicated to my mother’s side of the family (I love you all) and was won by my cousin Cheryl in the grab bag at our annual Christmas Eve party. It took quite a few years (I won’t say how many) for cousin Cheryl to get the first pick in the grab bag and she said it was worth the wait. Consider this a holiday gift to everyone and a preview of some things to come for 2012. Enjoy!

Nice work Micheal. You are so good at what you do. I remember my Vovo telling me about an art show she went to with your mother while you were in school and she told me how amazed she was at your talent. We are all a little jealous of Tia Cheryl for getting this great picture.

Its so wonderful that my sister won such an honorable gift in this year’s Christmas 2011 grab bag – such beautiful work Mike. Its even more wonderful for me however, because if Cheryl really loves me like she has always said, she now has something to give me for my 50th birthday in April!
